  Unlike many competitors, all our inventory comes directly from the manufacturer and you receive brand new product with the factory US warranty.  Many competitors are not authorized for many of their brands.  That means they don't buy directly from the manufacturer and the manufacturer may not honor the warranty.  You might even be buying distressed or refurbished goods, or offshore goods with no US warranty when buying from some other sites on the web. 

• NO "RESTOCKING FEE"  Please note that many of our competitors DEDUCT 10 to 20% from your refund as a "restocking fee" if you need to return your watch or clock -- so they make money whether you are happy or not - OUCH!  The Better Business Bureau recommends that all consumers check the return policy before making a purchase.  Here are the details on our return policy

• Big Inventory in Stock, Ready for Immediate Shipment:   We have a large inventory in stock and close to 99% of our orders are shipped within one business day.  In the event that one of our watches is temporarily unavailable, we will let you know immediately and we NEVER charge your credit card until the day we ship the watch.  Some competitors wait to get your order before they order the item from their sources - adding days or weeks to your shipping time -- just because there are hundreds of pictures of watches on their site, doesn't mean any of them are necessarily in stock.

• Fast, Free Shipping - We offer FREE UPS Ground shipping or 2nd Day for only $3 or Next Day for $15 (48 US States - higher in Alaska & Hawaii due to higher costs) You will automatically receive an email with your tracking number which you can track online.  Competitors shipping varies widely - some may charge very high shipping charges or ship by Postal Service which does not offer the automated tracking and reliability that UPS does.
